I Can't Play The Open C or G Minor Chords

Hey!

Quite often we get asked about the Open Cm Chord that Charlie shows in the Basic Chords lesson in Guitar Mastery 101.

Charlie gets you to learn these shapes so when you get to the Theory Module, you'll have a head start on the Pentatonic Scales, which are based on these open chords. 

These 2 chords are tricky to get used to and play cleanly but there are two benefits for you:

1. You learn the open shape, setting you up to learn the pentatonic scales quicker when you reach the Theory Module.

2. Start testing your stretch and strength with your fingers.

Most people play these chords as barre chords, I've got these below :-)
