You may have received an email about creating an account. This is simply an option that you have here in our helpdesk to be able to log in, track, and reference tickets, chats, and emails you have sent us. This option is from the support site here.

This email was generated from an option (not required) for you to create a support login where you can reference your ticket history, etc.

We recommend creating a support account, as this allows you to easily go back to any tickets you have opened with us, and view the answers you received from the team at any time. This saves you searching through your email inbox trying to find an old message ;-)

Please note that if your ticket status reads "closed" or "resolved" it's either because you've received a response via email (check your junk or spam if you haven't seen it) from one of our 'Member Support Crew', 

Or because you submitted multiple tickets. 

When this happens, they're merged into one thread and the original tickets that are merged will change to display a "closed" status. 

Please know this does not mean your tickets have not been viewed by the support crew.
