My DVD Does Not Work

Having some trouble playing your DVD? Here's a couple of things to troubleshoot:

1. Re-insert / Restart DVD

2. Try a different device e.g. DVD Player, Laptop, Desktop, etc.

3. Use VLC as your playback operator [Recommended] (You can download this for free and it only takes a few minutes to set up onto your laptop/computer). Put the DVD back in and run using VLC. Here is the link to the VLC home page, just click on the download button:

4. Try different playback operators, for example:

- Cyberlink PowerDVD (Stock with Windows, and our second best bet)

- Windows Media Player

- QuickTime etc.
