What ticket tiers are still available? The only remaining in-person ticket options are Player Pass at $795 and Premium at $1,495. Inner Circle, Producer Pass and Featured Artist tickets are sold out.
I haven't received my ticket confirmation. Your confirmation should have come through via email. Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can't find it, email us at support@guitarmasterymethod.com with your name and the email you used to purchase and we'll sort it out right away.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else? Yes, tickets can be transferred. Send us the name and email of the person you'd like to transfer to at support@guitarmasterymethod.com and we'll update the details.
Can I upgrade my ticket? Reach out to us at support@guitarmasterymethod.com and we'll check what's available and help you upgrade if spots remain.
Are in-person tickets refundable? In-person tickets are non-refundable. If you're unable to attend, your best option is to find someone to take your spot.
What is the refund policy for Producer Pass and Featured Artist? These tickets included a $500 refundable application deposit. If you decided to withdraw your application, or if we determined it wasn't the right fit, the $500 deposit would be refunded. Beyond that, all payments are non-refundable.
Is the Friday Intensive included in my ticket? The Friday Intensive is a separate add-on and is not included in any ticket tier automatically. Email us at support@guitarmasterymethod.com to check availability.
What is the difference between Player Pass and Premium? The main differences with Premium are the exclusive Friday Cocktail Hour with the instructors, preferred seating, access to the Premium Lounge during breaks, early entry to all sessions and the Sunday morning Deep Dive with Charlie, Eddie and Mike before main programming opens to everyone.
What is the Sunday Deep Dive and who can attend? The Sunday Deep Dive is an exclusive session with Charlie, Eddie and Mike from 8:45–9:45 AM on Sunday October 11. It's available to Premium ticket holders and above. Doors open for Player Pass holders at 9:45 AM.
